snow, snow, snow, snow, SNOW

that's supposed to be in 4 part harmony á la White Christmas, but that's always hard to do in print.

We're supposed to get snow tonight. Well, rain that turns into snow, and it's supposed to snow all day tomorrow and into Wednesday. The Weather Channel only had hourly forecasts until mid-Wednesday, and though the chance of precipitation does wane into the morning hours on Wed, it's still there. And there's even a winter storm watch out.

I've been thankful for the nice weather we've had until now, but I must say that it's about dang time! I've found 2 girls that snowboard, and now I finally have a reason to get mine out of Bryan Loecken's garage. Seth and I would have gone last year except for the part where we didn't have the money...So hopefully the weather cooperates and we can get out and go sometime and I can actually justify the fact that I bought the thing 2 years ago or so and haven't even used it myself, I've only lent it out to people - including the original owner!

I'm still somewhat leery that we'll even get anything measurable, but the forecast says 2-6 inches, so you know, it might end up being about 1 inch. Even that would be ok, especially if it hung around for a few days. It does mean that we'll need to hurry and finish up the yard work that we've totally been slacking on for the last few weeks, nary a rake has been moved from the garage up to this point....nothing like good ol' procrastination.
