aaron sprinkle update

i have no idea who of my multitude of readers are poor old lu or aaron sprinkle fans, but hey, it's my blog, i don't have to know or care...
I just came across interesting news indeed. Seems that Aaron is in a new band. Which would explain first why he hasn't put out a solo album in awhile, and second what the heck happened to Poor Old Lu's comeback of one whole album. He's been busy producing, I knew that, but he's also in a new band called Fair. He also took Nick Barber, another member of Poor Old Lu with him, so all hope I held out for yet another reunion is pretty much gone for now...=(
But yeah, they're pretty good. Signed to Tooth and Nail, they've got an album due out in June, and you can hear some of their songs on Purevolume here. It's Aaron's singing and lyrics which I like, and a little more of a rock sound than his solo stuff, which I also like.

I was recently lamenting with a coworker how there's really no new music out to be excited about, and I think I finally may have found something...
