It's amusing to me as I check through my normal list of blogs that I keep up on (or try to) that there are quite a few that devoted posts to the latest Star Wars movie that came out. Yes, I'll admit, I saw it on Thursday, opening day. I even went to the Mall of America, but the reason was that my husband and I found time on our hands that night, and our plans to see the movie the following week had just fallen through, so we thought what the heck? Might as well try and see if it's not sold out, and MOA was the closest theater by far. It wasn't sold out, and the theater was roughly half full at 8:30pm.
I liked the movie, I've discussed it a few times since I've seen it, I love the original episodes, and have seen all the new ones, but I really don't think I want to identify myself as the type who would deconstruct the movie or my experience seeing it to any of the regular readers (if there are such people left) or the random people that come by.
Talk about personal thoughts or my psychological and emotional state? Sure.
Star Wars? No thanks.
Ok, maybe I'm the funny one, then...I just can't have anyone thinking I'm nerdy or anything...
